What time can I place my order?

Your Click & Collect order will be ready within 3 hours depending on what time slot you selected during your online purchase.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Your Click & Collect order will be ready within 3 hours on the same day. Check your selected time slot during the online purchase. You will be contacted via Phone or SMS once your order is ready for pick-up.

Where do I park?

Arthur Street parking near the butchery has public parking available. 

 

Can I order for future date?

Yes. For Click & Collect you can place your orders for same day or three days in advance. For home deliver you can place your orders up to 7 days in advance. 

Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?

Yes. you can cancel your Click & Collect order on the same day. 

When do you deliver?

Your order must be in by 11:59pm for next day delivery. You book your order for home delivery up to seven days in advance. 

When is the cutt-off time to place my order

Orders must be in by 11:59pm daily for next day delivery.

You will be contacted via Phone or SMS once the order is ready to be delivered. 

Where does Abu Ahmad Butchery deliver?

We delivery through out Sydney Metropolitan area. During COVID and the lockdown in Sydney check out our Postcodes Checker here

How much is delivery?

Our standard delivery charge is $25. All orders $200 and above receive FREE complimentary delivery.

How can I get FREE delivery?

If your purchase order is $200 and above, you will receive complimentary FREE delivery within the allocated postcodes

Do I need to be home to receive my order? ?

Yes. You need to be home to accept you order. Please provide your ID to the driver.

I didn't receive what I ordered

If you order is missing please contact our store number on (02) 9750 4231

What if I forget about my delivery and I am out when the delivery arrives?

You must be home to accept your delivery. If no one is available to receive the order it will be returned to our store and you will need to organise pick up. 

Can I order for future date?

Yes. you can place your online order for delivery up to 7 days in advance. 

Can I cancel my online delivery order?

Yes. please make sure you cancel your order before the delivery date. 

Can I order over the phone for online delivery?

No. For all online delivery and Click & Collect orders must be completed online.

Can I return an order?

What payments methods do you accept?

For online orders our website is fully integrated with secure Till Payments gateway. We do not store any of your credit card information. Please refer to Till Payments to review security compliance.

Can I pay cash?

Yes. Cash payment accepted in-store only. For all Click & Collect and Home Delivery orders must be paid online in full. 

Can I order over the phone for Click & Collect?

No. Click & Collect orders must be done online. 

Is your meat Halal?

Yes. All our products are Halal.
