How to Make Kishik with Beef or Lamb

How to Make Kishik
Yields1 Serving
Ingredients
 Half a bag of kishik powder approx 250g
 ½ kg of fine mince (beef/lamb)
 2 cups of water (may need more)
 1 Onion, diced
 2 Garlic cloves, minced
 Salt to taste
 Olive Oil
Method:

In a saucepan on a medium heat, cook your mince meat and add the onion and garlic. Begin to add your kishik powder and water, stirring consistently and adding bit by bit until fully combined and has begun to thicken.

Serve with salt to taste and a drizzle of olive oil.
