Ingredients:
½ kg fine lamb mince
1 large onion chopped
1 kg Lebanese 7 Spice

3 tsp pomegranate molasses
250 fine lamb mince
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 ½ tbsp finely chopped mint
2 tbsp pinenuts

Method: 1
1 Add chilli tomato paste, diced tomato, diced onion, 7 spice and salt to the meat and gently combine. Add salt to taste.
2 Flatten mixture onto a pita bread, spread out completely to the sides.
3 Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
